Our next weather maker is on track to continue spreading east this evening and overnight as low pressure approaches from the west. A mix of snow and freezing drizzle will be possible through tomorrow morning. Most locations should see around one inch of snow, with highest amounts of two to three inches expected in far north-central Wisconsin. Locations along and south of the Highway 29 corridor will likely see at least a glazing of ice due to freezing drizzle, so expect snow covered and slippery roads tonight through the Thursday morning commute. Precipitation should gradually come to an end Thursday morning as low pressure departs to the northeast. Attention then turns to increasing west winds Thursday afternoon, gusting between 40 and 50 mph at times from central to east-central Wisconsin. A Wind Advisory has been issued. Otherwise, highs for tomorrow will be similar to today, ranging from the low 20s in north-central Wisconsin to the low 30s along the lakeshore. $$ Goodin
