Weather Summary for North-Central and Northeast Wisconsin
National Weather Service Green Bay WI
517 PM CDT Thu Sep 19 2024

A few thunderstorms have moved across north-central WI late this
afternoon, with the main area of storms still to come this
evening.

The chance for thunderstorms increases this evening and overnight
as activity in western Wisconsin moves into central Wisconsin, and
then continues east. There is a small window for strong or
marginally severe storms with strong wind gusts when storms first
arrive in central and north-central Wisconsin this evening. The
severe weather threat will wane as instability decreases. However,
thunderstorms with heavy rain and lightning will remain a threat
overnight.

Overnight lows will be in the lower 60s. Some patchy fog
development is forecast in central and north-central Wisconsin
after midnight.

Showers and thunderstorms will linger in eastern Wisconsin Friday
morning, followed by dry weather for the rest of the day and
mostly sunny skies. High temps will range from the middle 70s to
low 80s.
