MORNING...

* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog through 8
  am, then visibilities should improve gradually.

* WHERE...Portions of central, north central, and northeast
  Wisconsin.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM CDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Visibilities at times were down to a few
  hundred yards.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
distance ahead of you.
