...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS APPROACHING LAKE MICHIGAN...

Southern Bay of Green Bay...
Nearshore and open waters of Lake Michigan from Sturgeon Bay to
Sheboygan...

At 341 PM CDT, surface observations reported strong thunderstorms,
producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from Bay Shore Park to 12 nm west of Denmark
to 7 nm southwest of Oshkosh, moving east at 55 knots.

Locations impacted include...
Kewaunee Pierhead Light, Rawley Point Light, Sturgeon Bay Ship Canal
Light, Manitowoc, Bay Shore Park, Algoma, Two Rivers, Green Bay, and
Sturgeon Bay.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until these storms pass.
