This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north-central and northeast
Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Hazardous travel is expected today and tonight due to accumulating
snow. The worst conditions will occur later this afternoon and
evening over the Fox Valley and lakeshore areas, where widespread
accumulations of 3 to 5 inches are anticipated and a Winter
Weather Advisory remains in effect. A Winter Storm Warning
is in effect for Manitowoc County, where over 6 inches of snow
may accumulate near the lakeshore.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Cold wind chills from 5 below to 25 below zero are possible
Thursday morning, Friday morning and Sunday morning. Bitterly
cold wind chills of 20 below to 35 below zero are possible Monday
morning and Tuesday morning. The coldest wind chills will be found
over central and north-central Wisconsin each morning.

Another round of accumulating snow will result in hazardous travel
from Friday afternoon into Saturday morning. Probabilities for
snowfall greater than 3 inches range from 70 to 90% across the
area.

Spotters are requested to forward snowfall reports to the
National Weather Service in Green Bay later today and tonight.
