.DISCUSSION...High pressure will be building into the region on
Thursday. Conditions will be favorable for fog early in the
morning, which may be locally dense at times through 9-10 am.
Thereafter, the fog should lift and evolve into a low broken or
overcast cloud deck which should then persist through the
afternoon. Winds will be light and under 5 kts for most of the
day.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (65-75 percent) then becoming
                    mostly sunny (40-50 percent). Areas of fog
                    early in the morning, then patchy fog late in
                    the morning.
