.DISCUSSION...Canadian high pressure will bring a very dry air mass to
the burn area on Tuesday, with RHs dropping to near 20 percent by
mid-afternoon. Surface and transport winds will be much lighter than
today, but high mixing heights to around 6000 feet will promote good
to excellent smoke dispersion from late morning through the afternoon.
