...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 815 PM CDT THIS
EVENING FOR EASTERN WAUSHARA, NORTHWESTERN WINNEBAGO, SOUTHWESTERN
OUTAGAMIE AND SOUTHERN WAUPACA COUNTIES...

At 530 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have
fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible in
the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
         drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Waupaca, Redgranite, Fremont, Lake Poygan, Rush Lake, Napowan
  Scout Camp, Chain O` Lakes-King, Greenville, Omro, Dale,
  Hortonville, Winneconne, Weyauwega, Pine River, Eureka, Medina,
  Mount Morris, Saxeville, King and Spring Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
