afternoon. A slight chance of rain in the afternoon. A slight
chance of snow late in the afternoon. Highs in the lower 40s.
Northeast winds 25 to 40 mph decreasing to 20 to 30 mph in the
afternoon. Chance of precipitation 50 percent. Waves 3 to
5 feet...locally up to 6 feet.
.Tonight...Breezy. Mostly cloudy with a slight chance of rain and
snow in the evening, then mostly clear with a slight chance of
