  extending from 12 miles south of Bethune to 14 miles northwest of
  Cheyenne Wells to 8 miles northeast of Kit Carson, moving east at
  30 mph.

  HAZARD...Quarter size hail.

  IMPACT...Damage to vehicles is expected.
