...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTH CENTRAL YUMA AND NORTH
CENTRAL KIT CARSON COUNTIES THROUGH 815 PM MDT...

At 749 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 16 miles northeast of Vona to 3 miles southwest
of Stratton. Movement was northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Stratton around 755 PM MDT.

This includes Interstate 70 in Colorado between mile markers 412 and
421.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
