Regional Weather Summary for the High Plains

The overnight hours saw mostly cloudy skies across the region with
some snow showers in Eastern Colorado. Temperatures as of midnight
ranged from 29 in Flagler, Colorado to 38 in Haigler, Nebraska.
Winds were either calm or from the north at 10 mph.

OUTLOOK... Today is forecast to be a bit warmer with highs in the
50s for most of the area. Skies are forecast to be a mix of cloudy
and clear skies, except for counties along and west of the
Colorado border which will likely see cloudy skies and
temperatures in the 40s. A few rain and snow showers are possible.
Tonight, a few rain and snow showers favoring West-Central Kansas
are possible with mostly cloudy skies otherwise. Lows are forecast
to drop into the 20s and 30s. Tomorrow, rain showers and
thunderstorms are possible, mainly for locales closer to Central
Kansas. The rest of the region is forecast to have skies clear and
temperatures warm into the 60s.
