The Central High Plains region observed snow overnight. At 1 am MT
(2am CT) temperatures ranged from 2 degrees in Burlington, Colorado
to 9 degrees in Leoti, Kansas.


OUTLOOK... Light to moderate snow is forecast to end west to east
through the morning hours today before coming to an end completely
during the early afternoon hours. High temperatures in the teens
are forecast for the entire area. Very cold temperatures and wind
chills into Thursday morning with temperatures forecast well
below zero and wind chill values around 25 below. Temperatures are
then forecast to approaching the freezing mark Thursday and then
into the 40s to low 50s on Friday ahead of the next cold front
Friday evening.
