* WHERE...In Colorado, Cheyenne County. In Kansas, Decatur,
  Sheridan, Gove, Logan, and Wallace Counties. In Nebraska, Red
  Willow County.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM MDT /11 AM CDT/ this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
