There is a marginal risk for severe weather Monday afternoon and
evening, mainly along and east of a Norton to Colby to Leoti line,
with large hail and damaging wind gusts up to 65 mph the primary
concern. Confidence in storms occurring and timing is moderate at
50-60%.
