Norton, Thomas, Sheridan, Graham, Logan and Gove counties in Kansas
and Red Willow county in Nebraska, where total snow accumulations
ranging from 4 to 8 inches are expected.

A Cold Weather Advisory is in effect for the entire Tri-State area
late this evening and tonight.
