northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.

Strong to severe storms are possible today during the afternoon and
evening hours. Severe storms could form as early as 1pm mountain
time or 2pm central time. Storms will be capable of producing large
hail, damaging wind gusts, and visibility down to a mile or less in
blowing dust.
