This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska...
northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...

Above normal temperatures will return to the region today, with air
temperatures and heat indices approaching 100 degrees this afternoon,
warmest along and east of Highway 83.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY...

Dry conditions and well above normal temperatures will persist
through early next week, hottest along and east of Highway 83 where
heat indices will approach 105 degrees during the afternoon hours on
both Sunday and Monday. Cooler temperatures and thunderstorms will
follow, midweek.
