.DISCUSSION...
Winds will start becoming more from the southeast over the rest of
the evening, before favoring coming out of the east overnight and
into tomorrow, mainly in the 15-25 MPH range. However, storms
across the region are expected this evening through tomorrow. Kit
Carson is in a Tornado Watch until 11 PM. These storms will bring
chaotic, strong winds, including the potential for winds in excess
of 60 MPH.
An outflow near Idalia as of 6:30 PM may reach the fire location
around 9-9:30 PM. This could spark additional storms and/or lead
to gusty winds from the north around 20-30 MPH. Additional storms
are north of Anton and moving to the southeast. If these storms
survive, they look to reach the fire location around 9:30-10 PM.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (75-85 percent). Thunderstorms
likely in the evening. Rain showers likely
through the night. Chance of thunderstorms
after midnight. Patchy fog late in the night.
CWR.................40 percent decreasing to 20 percent early in
the evening, then increasing to 50 percent late
in the evening increasing to 70 percent late in
the evening decreasing to 50 percent decreasing
to 30 percent late in the night.
