.DISCUSSION...
No concern for critical fire weather conditions the next few days.
Low level moisture is forecast to be in place, keeping relative
humidity above 25%. The main issue is that storms, including severe
storms are forecast the next few days. For today, storms are forecast
to form south of I-70 during the afternoon, and then also move in
from the Front Range. Large hail and wind gusts of 55-75 mph are
possible. Blowing dust may also occur. Storms could linger through
the night, so be alert for constant wind shifts with outflows. The
good news is that the storms may produce over a half an inch of rain
with a few areas maybe seeing a couple inches.
