.DISCUSSION...
Dry conditions are expected to continue throughout the next week.
We`re not seeing any clear signs of critical fire weather conditions,
but we will see some days getting closer early next week. RH values
are forecast to remain at least 20% with eastern Colorado being the
driest. Overall, maximum gusts are expected to remain in the 15-25
MPH range, with fastest gusts in the afternoon hours.
Thursday, we are looking at winds in northern Yuma, CO county gusting
up around 35-40 MPH from the northwest. There is a 50% chance a few
gusts closer to 50 MPH occur. RH values will remain at least in the
low to mid 20s. Thankfully, we are not expecting any rapid shifts in
wind direction.
