Near normal temperatures were observed for the first half of the month before a strong mid month cold front led to a period of highs in the teens and lows below zero. The month then ended with mild temperatures. Snowfall was confined to mainly Colorado which led to a snowpack for a good part of the month and below normal monthly temperatures.
