  14 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Elkhead and Park Mountains.

* WHEN...From Saturday morning through Sunday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially mountain passes, will likely
  become slick and hazardous. Gusty winds could bring down tree
