For eastern Utah and western Colorado, here is the latest weather
synopsis
Temperatures remain warm today with increasingly breezy southwesterly
winds. Areas along the northern and central Colorado Divide mountains are
under a Red Flag Warning today for low humidity and winds gusting up to 25
mph. A few storms will develop over the San Juans again this afternoon
producing gusty winds and lightning.   Increasing moisture through the end
of the week will bring an increased risk of dry thunderstorms on Thursday
and Friday.
