For eastern Utah and western Colorado, here is the latest weather
synopsis
Aside from a few isolated showers on the higher terrain of northeast Utah
and northwest Colorado, today is expected to dry. Southwesterly winds will
be on the increase, and where fuels are critical and the surface is dry,
this will result in critical fire weather conditions. Red Flag Warnings are
in effect for southeast and east-central Utah from noon to 8PM.
Temperatures will be around 5 degrees above normal this afternoon, but much
cooler and wetter conditions move in tomorrow.
