For eastern Utah and western Colorado, here is the latest weather
synopsis
An increase in moisture over southwestern Colorado will boost chances for
showers and thunderstorms primarily across the San Juans. Isolated dry
showers and new lightning-ignited fires, mostly along and north of I-70
cannot be ruled out. Storms will again be accompanied by strong outflow
winds, and particularly intense storms may cause localized flooding
concerns.
