For eastern Utah and western Colorado, here is the latest weather
synopsis
A weak disturbance will bring some isolated showers to the northern
mountains today but do not anticipate much accumulation. Mostly cloudy
skies will accompany the wave with partly cloudy skies expected down south.
Subfreezing temperatures will jump to near normal, or just below, by this
afternoon. Temperatures will continue to warm throughout the coming week to
the tune of 5 to 10 degrees above normal by mid to late week.
