272 NZUS99 KGJT 121305 SYNGJT For eastern Utah and western Colorado, here is the latest weather synopsis An upper level trough and surface cold front will keep snow falling over the northern and central mountains through this morning with an additional 1 to 3 inches before improvement is seen this afternoon. Quiet conditions move in this evening through Thursday afternoon until the next system starts moving in Thursday evening. This next system is expected to bring significant mountain snowfall to much of eastern UT and western CO heading into the weekend. A Winter Storm Watch has been issued for the southern and central mountains where 1 to 2 feet of snow with locally higher amounts is possible.
