For eastern Utah and western Colorado, here is the latest weather
synopsis
Thunderstorms are likely once again today, although they are expected to be
mostly confined to locations south of US-50 and along the high terrain as
drier air moves in across the northern areas. As such, southeastern Utah
and southwestern Colorado have been placed in a marginal risk for excessive
rainfall today, and localized flooding is possible. Stay up-to-date with
the latest forecasts as the day progresses and as storms develop.
