This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwest Colorado, southwest
Colorado, west central Colorado, east central Utah, northeast Utah
and southeast Utah.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Numerous showers and scattered thunderstorms remain concentrated
across southwest Colorado today as a significant storm remains over
central Arizona. Additional heavy snow accumulations are likely
across the San Juan Mountains today and tonight with additional
amounts of 6 to 15 inches possible, mainly above 9,000 feet. This
will lead to hazardous travel conditions and impacts. The rest of
the area will see more isolated to scattered showers with warmer
temperatures than yesterday.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

The storm system will finally lift to the northeast across the region
Sunday, bringing more widespread showers further north. Additional
snowfall across the mountain areas will be lighter but still result
in potential travel impacts. Dry and warmer weather returns next
week as high pressure moves back over the region.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
