This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwest Colorado, southwest
Colorado, west central Colorado, east central Utah, northeast Utah
and southeast Utah.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Isolated showers will linger this morning with storms developing over
the high terrain this afternoon and evening. Storms will favor the
San Juans and higher terrain along the southern and central Divide.
Gusty outflow winds and lightning will be the primary concerns with
wetting rain also possible, especially over the higher terrain.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Isolated to scattered afternoon showers and thunderstorms will
continue to develop over the higher terrain through Thursday with
gusty winds and wetting rain possible. Drier air moves into the
region from the west for the latter half of the week, bringing a
return to a drier and hotter regime by week`s end into the coming
weekend. Localized critical fire weather conditions are possible in
lower elevations, becoming more widespread this weekend.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
