This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwest Colorado, southwest
Colorado, west central Colorado, east central Utah, northeast Utah
and southeast Utah.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Isolated storms are possible this afternoon over the San Juans and
the higher terrain mainly along the Divide. Gusty winds are the
primary concern with any storms that form. Hazy to smokey skies will
be present as well due to smoke from northern Arizona wildfires.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Hot, dry, and windy conditions develop this weekend, creating
widespread critical fire weather conditions particularly on
Saturday. Moisture potentially returns early next week, eroding
critical fire weather conditions.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
