This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwest Colorado, southwest
Colorado, west central Colorado, east central Utah, northeast Utah
and southeast Utah.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Gusty winds of 25 to 35mph, possibly higher at times, will affect
most of the area today. These winds, along with low humidities and
critical fuels, will create critical fire weather conditions so Red
Flag Warnings have been issued for portions of central and southern
Colorado.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Stronger winds are expected on Sunday and with little change to
moisture, another day of critical fire weather conditions is
expected. The Fire Weather Watches have been upgraded to Red Flag
Warnings.

Monday onwards, a more seasonable, showery weather pattern sets up
putting an end to the critical fire weather conditions.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not expected today or tonight, however
spotters are encouraged to report excessive wind or any observed
wind related damage to the National Weather Service in Grand
Junction
