.DISCUSSION...

A more active weather pattern moves in Thursday ahead of a low
pressure system. With this, dry thunderstorms will become the
greatest concern for fire weather, prompting fire weather
highlights on Thursday and Friday. Thunderstorm potential is lower
on Thursday before ramping up on Friday. Storms may be capable of
developing in the morning and lasting through the early portions
of the night.

.THURSDAY...

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny (30-40 percent). Slight chance of
                    dry thunderstorms in the afternoon.
CWR.................<10 percent.
Max temperature.....90-95.
Min humidity........7-12 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........East winds 3-7 mph shifting to the southwest at
                    8-12 mph with gusts to 20 mph by 1400 MDT.
                    Gusty and erratic winds expected near
                    thunderstorms in the afternoon.
Smoke dispersal.....Poor (31000 knot-ft) increasing to very good in
                    the afternoon.
Mixing height.......5100 ft AGL increasing to 13700 ft AGL in the
                    afternoon.
