.DISCUSSION...

Mostly calm winds are expected throughout today and tomorrow,
though gusty outflow winds will be possible with nearby
thunderstorms. Storm coverage is expected to be more isolated near
the spot location today with wetting rain being unlikely.
However, wetting rain and thunder potential ramps up tomorrow,
beginning around noon. Periods of stronger rainfall could prompt
flash flooding concerns over the burn scar.

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny (20-30 percent). Slight chance of
                    showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon.
CWR.................<10 percent.

Wind (20 ft)........Southeast winds 5-10 mph shifting to the
                    northwest around noon. Gusty and erratic winds
                    expected near thunderstorms in the afternoon.
