.DISCUSSION...Widespread showers and thunderstorms are anticipated today,
with frequent lightning, gusty outflow winds, and heavy rain the threats.
Temperatures will run well below normal today, but will warm closer to
normal tomorrow. Afternoon showers and thunderstorms are expected to form
over the terrain tomorrow afternoon, with the same threats expected.
Conditions will warm and dry through the weekend.

Sky/weather.........Partly sunny (65-75 percent). Slight chance of
                    showers after 1000, then chance of showers
                    and thunderstorms in the afternoon.
CWR.................10 percent.
Max temperature.....82-87.
Min humidity........23-28 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Southwest winds 4-8 mph becoming west winds 10-14
                    mph after 1300. Gusts up to 20 mph possible in the
                    afternoon. Gusty and erratic winds expected near
                    thunderstorms in the afternoon.

                    1100, and to very good by 1200. Remaining good
                    to very good through the afternoon.
