As the surface levels are very dry and will take time to moisten, dry thunderstorms are a concern on Thursday and into Friday. Chances of wetting rain do increase late Friday afternoon. Chances of afternoon showers will linger through the weekend. .THURSDAY... Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny (25-35 percent) then becoming mostly cloudy (70-80 percent) after 1200.
