.DISCUSSION...Expect gusty west to southwest winds today lasting
into the evening with rain/snow mixed isolated to scattered showers
through the afternoon and evening, becoming isolated snow showers
overnight. Strong flow aloft will keep smoke dispersal good today,
but an inversion may set up overnight limiting mixing overnight and
tomorrow. Winds will increase Friday ahead of a storm system
expected to bring snow and colder temperatures to the area Friday
evening into Saturday. This will result in good mixing and fair to
good smoke dispersal Friday.
