While surface winds will be relatively light today, some deeper
mixing will allow fair smoke dispersal early this afternoon
reaching good from midafternoon onwards. RH`s will reach the low
to mid teens as temperatures start to warmup. More of the same
tomorrow though surface winds will increase somewhat. Smoke
dispersal will reach excellent in the afternoon on Tuesday.
