.DISCUSSION...The high pressure driving this period of monsoonal activity
will begin to shift westward, bringing in drier air through the back half
of the week. While shower and thunderstorm chances remain each afternoon
through Friday, chances of wetting rain will diminish daily, with an
increasing threat of gusty outflow winds and small hail. Temperatures will
also start to climb and minimum humidity values will decrease. Winds remain
light and terrain driven outside of the influence of thunderstorms.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (60-70 percent). Slight chance of
                    showers and thunderstorms until 0300.
CWR.................10 percent.
Min temperature.....52-57.
Max humidity........78-83 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Northeast winds 3-5 mph. Gusty and erratic winds
                    expected near thunderstorms.
Smoke dispersal.....Poor (2000-6000 knot-ft).

.WEDNESDAY...

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny (40-50 percent). Slight chance of
                    rain showers after 1000, then chance of
                    showers and thunderstorms after 1200.

Wind (20 ft)........Northeast winds 3-5 mph shifting to the southwest
                    by 1000. Increasing to 4-8 mph by 1200. Gusts to

Smoke dispersal.....Poor (23000 knot-ft) increasing to fair by 1200,
