Service.

.DISCUSSION...Instability beneath a low pressure trough over the
area will keep showers going on Friday. Better chances come in
the afternoon as instability is maximized with daytime heating.
This activity will be scattered and disorganized in nature and
therefore difficult to assess timing and intensity of showers at
the project site. What can be said is that it is unlikely the site
will see any more than 0.10" of liquid.

.Friday...

Sky/weather.........Partly sunny (65-75 percent). A 35 percent
chance of showers in the morning, increasing
to 50 percent in the afternoon. Rain mixed
with snow in the morning. A slight chance of
                    thunderstorms in the afternoon.
Max temperature.....50-55.
Min humidity........24-29 percent.
Surface winds.......Down canyon 3 to 8 mph in the morning,
becoming northwest and increasing to 10 to 15
mph in the afternoon with occasional gusts as
high as 25 mph. Gusty, strong and
unpredictable winds in the vicinity of
                    thunderstorms.
CWR.................10 percent.
