stronger winds expected over portions of northwest Colorado this
afternoon. Moisture increases mid to late week, with scattered
thunderstorms over the higher terrain Thursday and Friday. These
storms will produce little if any rain, and thus, with the ongoing
extremely dry conditions, a Fire Weather Watch is in effect
across the entire region. Wetting rain chances increase on
Friday in some areas.
