.DISCUSSION...Dry weather will continue through Friday with
generally light, terrain driven winds in the valleys with
occasional gusts to 25 mph in the afternoon over the high terrain.
Localized critical fire weather conditions may occur at times on
Friday ahead of a storm system set to bring a return of scattered
showers and thunderstorms to the region Saturday into Sunday.
Light snow is possible at the higher peaks. Another disturbance
drops in from the north early to mid next week, keeping weather
cooler and unsettled.
