.DISCUSSION...A wet and cool forecast through will prohibit
critical fire weather conditions from developing. CWR will
be highest today into Thursday with above normal moisture
in place. As we head into the late week period and beyond
the threat of gusty winds with storms increases while
CWR decreases with drier air moving in. Warmer conditions
arrive for the weekend and beyond with daily afternoon
thunderstorms staying in the forecast.
