.DISCUSSION... Hot and dry conditions return to the area beginning
today. As high pressure builds over the region, temperatures will
climb, and dry southwesterly flow will drop relative humidity
values. Winds are expected to generally remain below critical fire
weather thresholds while high pressure is overhead. However,
strong wind gusts are possible around any showers or
thunderstorms. Isolated convection is possible this afternoon, but
coverage will be very limited as dry air continues moving in.
Moisture looks to return later in the week.
