.DISCUSSION...The good news is winds will be decreasing and
mositure increasing slightly which will reduce the coverage
of critical fire conditions to localized after today. The
bad news is the introduction of lightning will be increasing
over the next few days as another system works through. Also
the chance of wetting rainfall will remain below 50 percent
while gusty winds from passing storms will become more of a
threat. Temperatures remain above normal through the forecast.
