...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN ROOKS AND
SOUTHEASTERN PHILLIPS COUNTIES THROUGH 1045 PM CDT...
At 1002 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Glade, or 10 miles south of Phillipsburg, moving east at 10 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northeastern Rooks
and southeastern Phillips Counties.
