...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN CLAY...NORTHEASTERN
ADAMS...SOUTHWESTERN HAMILTON AND SOUTHEASTERN HALL COUNTIES THROUGH
915 PM CDT...

At 845 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm just
north of Hastings, moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch diameter hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Giltner, Trumbull, and Hansen.

This includes Interstate 80 between mile markers 318 and 323.

Pea size hail fell at the NWS Hastings office north of town at 843
PM CDT.

 PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
