...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN NANCE...CENTRAL
HAMILTON...NORTHWESTERN YORK...MERRICK...SOUTHWESTERN POLK AND
EASTERN HALL COUNTIES THROUGH 330 PM CDT...

At 259 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Genoa to near St. Libory. Movement was
south at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Strong thunderstorms will be near...
  Grand Island, Clarks, Silver Creek, and Archer around 305 PM CDT.
  Central City and Chapman around 310 PM CDT.

This includes Interstate 80 between mile markers 305 and 324.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Conditions are favorable for the development of weak, brief funnel
clouds. This type of funnel cloud is harmless, but on rare occasions
they can briefly touch down, producing wind gusts over 50 mph. If a
funnel cloud is spotted move indoors and report your sighting to the
National Weather Service.
