...RED FLAG WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 6 PM CST THIS EVENING FOR WIND
AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR SOUTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA...

Although winds will remain somewhat breezy into the evening with
gusts of 20 to 30 MPH still common especially north and northeast
of the Tri Cities, wind speeds have dropped off considerably from
earlier in the day. In addition, relative humidity will continue
to steadily rise this evening, with most areas above 30 or 40
percent by 7 or 8 PM.

As a result, the Red Flag Warning is being allowed to expire at
this time.
