* WHAT...Dangerously hot conditions with heat index values of 105 to
  110 degrees are possible Sunday and Monday afternoons.


* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, and south central
  Nebraska.

* WHEN...For the first Extreme Heat Watch, from Sunday afternoon
  through Sunday evening. For the second Extreme Heat Watch, from
  Monday afternoon through Monday evening.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
  extreme heat and high humidity events.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
